Partnerships qualify for transfers

While many people are aware that companies can transfer EXECUTIVES and MANAGERS to the U.S. to establish new offices, U.S. immigration laws also allow GENERAL PARTNERS to be transferred to the U.S. as long as they have been in the employ of the partnership for greater than one year. The partnership itself must also be active and have been created more than one year before filing.

Are you talented?

Many foreign nationals can petition for THEMSELVES for U.S. permanent residency so long as those talents will significantly benefit the U.S. economy, culture, business or health. The applicant does not need a U.S. sponsor!

Family Values

Although the core of U.S. immigration for decades has been family reunification, the winds of the country have now changed.

Family preferences have fallen dramatically behind. You can wait up to four years to sponsor your spouse if you are a resident or thirteen years for a brother or sister if you are a U.S. citizen. Expect this trend to continue through the next century.
