He moved to the United States in 1986, appointed to serve as a Visa adjudicator, he later moved to New Delhi, India and Casablanca, Morocco.  Mr. Bernicat is fully familiar with all phases of consular processing and the United States Immigration system. He has adjudicated thousands of visas including Non-immigrant H1B, L1, E2, B1, B2, F1 as well as Immigrant Family and Employment petitions. He is fluent in French with knowledge of Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, and Hindi.
