SECTION 1: Non-Immigrant
Visas
This
visa track allows foreign nationals to temporarily stay in the
U.S. so long as they maintain
residence in their home country and meet the conditions and
requirements of the visa.
There
are 4 sub-tracks that can be pursued towards obtaining a
non-immigrant visa:

1.1 Work track (includes A, C, D, G, H, I, J, O,
P, R visas)
1.2. Business track (includes B, E, L
visas)
1.3. Education track (includes F, M
visas)
1.4. Special visa track (includes K, Q, S
visas)
SECTION 2: Immigrant
Visas
This visa track allows
foreign nationals to permanently stay in the
U.S.
There are 2
sub-tracks that can be pursued towards obtaining an immigrant
visa:

Citizenship
Citizenship allows
